What's the difference between Career Clarity Accelerator and Enneagram for Next-Level Careers?
This workshop is a group format online program that spends more time diving deeper into different aspects of Enneagram in a career. The Career Clarity Accelerator however, is a 1:1 coaching program that’s tailored specifically to you and your needs. If you attend this, and attend Career Clarity Accelerator, we can actually go deeper during our sessions.
What is the Enneagram?
The Enneagram is personality type system combining traditional wisdom with modern psychology to understand people in our lives. It consists of 9 distinct personality types, each representing different patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. These types are interconnected through a dynamic web of relationships, forming a comprehensive map of human personality. By exploring the Enneagram, you gain insight into your core motivations, fears, and desires, which leads to greater self-awareness and personal growth.
What is the difference in taking an Enneagram Test online vs from this masterclass?
The Enneagram is an experiential modality , not just a theoretical one. That means, experiencing the learning in an interactive manner is important! Although there are many online tests out there, it may be inaccurate, as humans we tend to answer questionnaires with bias. When I first took an online test, I got the wrong result… twice! It was only until I had an experienced practioner help me evaluate my type.
I know my Enneagram Type... will this be useful for me?
DEFINITELY!
I use a combination of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) integrated with the Enneagram, that makes the Enneagram that I teach here beyond the theoretical aspect.
Also – There is no course like this that exists on the internet that’s so laser focused on careers. I spent 3 years trying to make sense of how to apply this specifically into careers.
What's the difference between Enneagram and MBTI?
MBTI measures your personality based on your behaviours (That’s why it can change over the course of your life, as you change over the course of your life.) However, the Enneagram is more effective as it measures your inner motivations behind your behaviours, which usually sticks around for most of your life. Your Enneagram is something that won’t change over time. Rather, you may grow to be a healthy or unhealthy version of your Enneagram type.
What's the difference between Enneagram and Human Design?
I love both modalities very dearly, and I find that both complement each other pretty well. Human design shows how you were designed to be a certain way when you were BORN. The Enneagram however, is developed over time as you grow up with particular stories that you’ve told yourself since childhood.
